When will my order ship?

Orders placed will be shipped within 2-business days. Any orders placed on a weekend or federal holiday will be shipped the following business day. All orders will be shipped with tracking information available through the United States Postal Service or FedEx.

How long does delivery take?

Your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.

Shipping is available within the US and we deliver to P.O. boxes.

We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.  All items will be shipped from Atlanta, Georgia.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under your Order History when you log in under your account. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.

How much are your shipping costs?

Ground delivery is free for all orders exceeding $25.00. Order under $25.00 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00. Two-day air and overnight orders are calculated based on the contents of your order. This will be displayed during the checkout process.
